2010 MHIMA Annual Meeting and Educational Conference

2010 Exhibit Hall Reservation
Our 2010 MHIMA Annual Meeting and Educational Conference will be held at:

You may now make an online reservation to secure your booth for our 2010 meeting. Please Click Here to review the floor plan for the exhibit hall. You may submit a first and second booth number request with your reservation. We will try to accommodate your wishes but the requested space cannot be guaranteed.

Booth Fees:

  • Early registration for-profit organizations (prior to 3/19/10): $750

  • Standard registration for-profit organizations (3/19/10 or after): $850

  • Early registration educational/not-for-profit organizations (prior to 3/19/10): $325

  • Standard registration educational/not-for-profit organizations (3/19/10 or after): $425

Registration:
Register one of two ways: Complete the Paper Exhibitor Registration Form. Or, Register Securely Online

You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours from MHIMA. Booth payment may be made by check, made payable to MHIMA, or through our secure online credit card payment system for VISA or MasterCard. Mail checks to MHIMA Executive Director, PO Box 16246, Duluth MN 55816-0246. If you need a W-9 from MHIMA in order to issue a payment, email your request to MHIMA's Executive Director.

A one paragraph description of your company is needed for inclusion in our meeting materials. Attach this to your Registration or email to the Executive Director.

What services does the Northland Inn provide exhibitors?
Electricity is available for a flat fee of $50 plus tax for the duration of the vendor show. Internet access is available for $9.95/day plus tax (wireless) or $100/day plus tax (wired). Click Here to download the Electrical Order Form from Northland Inn.

Already a 2010 Corporate/Vendor Partner?
You receive a complimentary exhibitor booth at our Annual Meeting. However, you will still need to complete the Exhibitor Registration Form. Note that you are a 2010 Corporate/Vendor Partner and indicate "pay by check". No additional payment is required.

Cancellation:
Requests to cancel must be made in writing (email) and received prior to 4/15/10. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be made after 4/15/10.
